GENERAL TERMS

The general terms and conditions have been put in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests attending the Retreat.

Please take time to thoughtfully read through the following general terms and conditions. When reserving and/or booking your stay, you will be offered a formal Liability Waiver and Photo Release form to sign at the time of reservation payment.

The following apply to any commercial relationship between Brittny Manos of Offerings ,LLC, the company, and you, the customer. The terms and conditions will follow the naming conventions as defined below.

Guest: Participant / Customer / Client

RESERVATION Policies

All reservations must be made on the Offerings by Brittny Manos, LLC booking website. The contract between the company and the guest is in effect when the reservation confirmation and guest registration form has been sent from the company to the guest, who implicitly has accepted the general terms and conditions of the company when submitting the booking reservation form. Be sure to read all information regarding reservations and shared accommodations to avoid confusion.

The reservation is complete once full payment has been received.

Reservation Details:

  • All reservations are subject to availability

  • Any special requirements must be stated on the registration form (i.e. food allergies, medical conditions)

  • The minimum age for booking is 18 years

  • State of health/physical fitness. With the reservation, guests confirms they are physically fit and do not have any pre-existing conditions that could be affected by a yoga practice, meditation, hiking, outdoor and general activities. If you have any concerns, reach out to the Company and consult your doctor before making a reservation

Cancellations and Rebooking

Every cancellation or rebooking request made by the guest submitted in writing via email to offerings@brittnymanos.com. In case of cancellation, the following fees may apply. The Company will provide a receipt of cancellation with the definition of potential fees as defined below.

  • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: Guests will be refunded up to 50% of all payments made.

  • Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guest will be refunded up to 25% of all payments made.

  • Cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival date are non-refundable and full balance is due.

Transfer of Booking:

Guests who want to cancel their booking have the right to transfer their reservation to an assigned replacement person. Please be aware that some accommodations are shared and the company will use their discretion when approving transfers of reservations. The new guest must fulfill the conditions set out in these general terms. Accommodations that are shared can be transferred only under certain circumstances decided by the Company.

COVID-19 Cancellation:

Cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Company:

Offerings by Brittny Manos, LLC reserves the right to resign from a contract under extraordinary circumstances or leadership illness. If the booked services can not be provided due to natural disasters, political unrest, war, terrorism, etc., or if certain conditions will results in unacceptable danger to the participant, the Company has the right to cancel the Retreat and any related activities at will. Payments made by the guest will be refunded within three months of the cancellation.

Pricing and Services

In the unlikely special circumstance, prices and services are subject to change; Offerings by Brittny Manos, LLC reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. Guests are responsible for all travel expenses and fees.

FACILITIES

As part of guests’ reservation and agreement to willingly participate, all Terns & Conditions and House Rules outlined by IDYLL RESERVE apply to the Company and Guest. The following limited liability disclosure is in place as part of IDYLL RESERVE’s Terms which can be found here: www.idyllreserve.com/terms

“Idyll Reserve, LLC, accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or collapse of building structures. Idyll Reserve, LLC, will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in or around a cabin other than as required under Ohio law. Idyll Reserve, LLC, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential loss or pure economic loss (whether caused by the negligence of the company, its employees, contractor, agents or otherwise). The company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of your contract. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions may be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by Idyll Reserve's negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.”

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Guests acknowledge that the Company assumes no duty or responsibility for the management or treatment of the guest’s medical issues or concerns, including the duty to make diagnoses. For diagnosis, management, and treatment, the guest relies solely on the guest’s medical doctor(s). All medical issues and concerns should be discussed with and must be managed by the guest’s doctor before making a reservation. The Company or the Retreat does not replace any physicians’ or clinicians’ medical advice or recommended treatment.

Disclaimer

GENERAL:

Guests willing participation in any of the Company’s offerings, activities, or any other booked event is at the guest’s own risk. The guest releases, waives, and hold harmless the company and employees from all claims, losses, expenses (including legal costs) during or aligned with his/her/their participation in any activity offered by the Company.

Offerings by Brittny Manos, LLC is not responsible for theft of valuables, delays, and any related expenses that may arise during the Retreat within or outside of the premises. The customer is responsible for any damage they may have caused to the belongings of the Company and/or location/AirBnb/Hotel/Retreat Center, and will be charged a repair fee for all damages. Any fees will be paid by the customer to the company prior to their departure.

Exclusion of Participation

The customer is obligated to follow the instructions of the company staff. If the customer has concealed physical and/or health issues and is unfit, acts irresponsibly and/or causes disruptions that hamper the capability of the service and/or the health and safety of the other participants, the company and employees, and its reputation, the customer can be excluded for current and future participation with Raw Edge Retreats after a singular warning. Contracts will be terminated immediately, without further notice with no refund and the accrual of any damages or fees will be paid by the customer prior to departure.

Risk

There are inherent risks of staying in a natural setting, including falling from a height, limbs/trees falling on the house or deck area, animals, insects, etc. These are risks that cannot be eliminated without changing the essential nature of the facilities, location, and the Retreat. All guests are responsible for their own actions during the course of their stay and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, Idyll Reserve LLC, the property owners, agents and employees for damages or injuries to persons or property by reason of any cause either in or around the premises. Adventure activities also carry with them some degree of risk. Each guest must know their limits and capabilities before entering into activities that pose a certain level of risk. The guest consents to their responsibility for any medical fees or injuries that they may incur when willingly and voluntarily participating any Retreat activities, including, but not limited to outdoor and/or adventure activities.

Data usage

Guests will be given a release waiver that they may be photographed and/or filmed during the Retreat, and as part of this waiver the guest also agrees that such recordings for promotional and/or advertising purposes without any prior additional consent. The Company, Offerings by Brittny Manos LLC, assures that any and all personal data will be treated with upmost confidentiality and not be transferred to any third party other than that necessary to fulfill the booking and deliver the requested service. The customer can terminate this agreement at will, at any time in written form via email. If customer terminates agreement, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for market research purposes.
