COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Spirit Series is a self-paced 10-lesson course with six spirit stories that will teach you how to feel connected to your spirit, inner and outer. You will learn the wisdom of elemental natural forces of the Moon, Water, Earth, Sun, Air, and Fire. Come home to yourself by experiencing loving interconnectedness. You will deeply know you are not alone by the end of this course because you will remember. You feel this connection and remember.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Many modern Western yogis are familiar with the seven-chakra based system, but few know of its origin, history, and and original intent as a practice. Study how the Tantrik Yoga tradition (600-1300 CE) introduces the chakras in Sanskrit scripture. While the scriptures have been translated an innumerable amount of times, you will learn the closet authentic translation for the intended way to work with the chakra systems.
