OFFERINGS

  • SUBSTACK

This is an offering from my heart to yours. My words are newly woven in a space for creativity, inspiration, insight, and vulnerability. I still have over forty articles on my website, but lacked the feeling of community. With your support, we will cultivate something that can grow and shift together.

  • COURSES

Do you ever tire of reliving patterns, like life is dancing in front of you, but still out of your reach somehow? Do you experience a painful disconnect in the divide between who you feel you are and who you wish you could be? I am offering coursework for our community to remember the loving home within.

  • YOGA

Need a yoga teacher for an event? Are you looking to deepen your spiritual yoga practice with 1:1 support? Are you interested in gifting someone a yoga class created just for them?

Is something beckoning you to the infinite mystery of life force energy? Discover the healing nature of Reiki through your own direct experience. Enjoy a private Reiki session or inquire about getting certified with a private Reiki attunement.

  • RETREATS

My signature retreats are a special one of a kind experience. I am passionate about holding space that supports our hearts, our bodies, and our minds.

Join me for the third annual Wake Your Wild Heart Retreat at a luxury cabin in Hocking Hills, Ohio. The weekend offers a signature curriculum that I have honed, carved, and rubbed until an entire book was born. These are lessons of the heart and for the heart.

Each retreat has its own unique and felt experience that can never to be replicated. Have you ever been on retreat? I wrote about last year’s Wake Your Wild Heart retreat on my Substack called “On Retreat if you’re interested in hearing a personal side of the story.

IN YOUR OWN WORDS

Read the testimonies of my students, clients, friends, and colleagues about how Offerings impacted their lives. Healing and heart connection can happen in many places; in a yoga class, a Reiki attunement, a Full Moon Workshop, or in teacher training. I have received something special from every person I have held space with. How fortunate are we to have a heart that helps us remember. We can always remember to walk each other home.

When you are finally held in a trusted community it feels like a cool soothing balm on deep soul wounds. Old wounds, fresh wounds, self-inflicted wounds, targeted wounds, ancestral wounds, collective wounds, forgotten wounds — all wounds are seeking unconditional love to free the heart. You are here because something guided you to invite more love into your life. You are choosing to live from the heart.

“I received my Reiki Level I training at Radiant Yoga in February 2022. I spent many months practicing Reiki, but I felt I needed some one-on-one guidance. I asked Brittny to be my mentor. What a blessing the mentorship has been. I am an educator and a lifelong learner, so I am very good at looking outward to gather facts and knowledge from classes and books. But Brittny has helped me learn how to tap into my intuitive self and guided me to open to the power of giving and receiving Reiki.

I needed assistance developing a loose structure for giving Reiki to others. Brittny helped me to develop a plan that works for me.  She didn’t tell me what to do, rather she inspired me to dig deep within myself to find statements and practices that honor my inner spirit.

One of the greatest aspects of having Brittny as a mentor is that I can be vulnerable.  I can ask questions without feeling silly. I can talk about aspects that are challenging for me. I can share my joy and pain with Brittny. When I’m at one of our sessions I feel safe and respected. I love having Brittny as my mentor. She pushes me to look inwards and that is what I need. The balance of looking inwards and outwards for knowledge has made me more confident and comfortable with my practice.”

“My first experience with Brittny was at a BrewDog yoga event. Within seconds of seeing her, and minutes of her guiding us … I knew she was a kindred spirit. A kind and generous soul that has a way of melting your worries and turning them into self-empowerment. When I became pregnant, I wanted to slow down and realign my practice, so I completed her Beginner Series at YOHI. During my pregnancy, I’ve continued her Sekoia™ classes. I am filled with gratitude arriving on my mat always knowing that she will provide a safe space to practice, that I will be accepted however I show up and I’ll be respected in whichever way my body flows in that moment. Her classes are an experience, and her guidance through flow feels like poetry in motion.

  • Anthony P., Los Angeles, California

“Every class with Brittny is a gift. It is a gift to myself and a gift to the community, both in class and at-large. These experiences not only ensure that I move my body in a compassionate way, but that I interrupt the mental narratives that can drain me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Brittny creates a space that is inviting for every body, experience, and background. When I leave, my heart is gushing with a vibrant energy that carries me throughout my week. I hope to practice with her for a long time to come!”

  • Emma M., Seattle, Washington

“Brittny has a way of making yoga accessible and reminding students that everyone is on their own journey. Sometimes you can be too hard on yourself when you’re on your mat. Brittny’s laugh, smile and encouragement always remind me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. I leave with a deeper appreciation for my body, mind and the world around me.

She’s one of the best teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of practicing with. Brittny has an intuitive ability to craft classes that feel intentional, freeing, challenging and effortless all at the same time. They are always unique and crafted with love.”

  • Allie G., Phoenix, Arizona

“A few years ago, I was lucky enough to be a student in one of Brittny’s classes. At the time, I was in my mid-twenties, experiencing burnout and was looking for a new outlet to relieve day-to-day stress and to feel more at peace with myself. I had tried yoga a few times prior to that and as much as I wanted to enjoy it, I never felt a true connection to my practice. My first class with Brittny changed my views on yoga forever. Her calm and welcoming nature allowed me to explore my practice at a deeper level, and her Reiki offerings were truly magical. Week after week, I returned to her classes and noticed myself growing stronger, more curious and more in tune with my true self. Brittny is such a light in this world- I cannot recommend exploring her offerings enough. Her gifts have truly helped me to be more confident in myself, in my practice and to live my life more freely- focusing less on the stress and more on the things that really matter.

  • Adam N., Columbus, Ohio

Brittny is easily the kindest and most thoughtful yoga teacher I have ever had the privilege to work with. She brings gifts to her students in her class all the time and her Reiki skills are incredible. She’s also been SUPER accommodating for someone like me who is new to yoga. 10/10 highly recommend.”

  • Betsy L., Columbus, Ohio

“As I was also lucky enough to participate in Brittny’s virtual Monday AM “Covid Sessions” during quarantine & have since transitioned to her Thursday pm class – when I saw she was leading a Cold Moon workshop it was an easy decision to sign up. Being in her warm & welcoming presence has helped me to develop my own style of teaching & personal practice & I was happy to bring 2 girlfriends with me to experience the energy as well.

Between the soft lighting & beautiful candle altar to the thoughtful take home gestures (my moon painting resides on my refrigerator as a happy reminder of that flow), it was a relaxing evening & helped me connect with the energy of the changing season and year. The playlist was of course carefully aligned w/our movements & the mood of the evening. I think she could teach a class on playlist curation alone.”

  • Ivory D., Columbus, Ohio

“I had such a great experience learning from Brittny during my teacher training! Her classes were so intentional from the themes she set at the beginning of the class, to the depth of movement that followed. I also loved that she offered so many variations of different poses. It was clear that her students felt very welcomed in her classes. After each class she walked me through how she prepared and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. I’m so grateful I got to observe Brittny’s classes as they have positively influenced my own teaching style today!

  • Keith M., Cleveland, Ohio

“Over the course of a year, Brittny’s guidance as my yoga instructor dramatically improved my physical, mental, and spiritual health. I participated in her virtual Monday morning sessions (a wonderful way to start the week!) where her approach was always welcoming and cheerful. At 65-years-old I struggled to do some poses, but I listened to Brittny’s encouraging talk and at the end left feeling energized and inspired. So did my fellow participants.”

  • Michael P., Columbus, Ohio

“Yoga for me began with an incredible instructor named Brittny. What better soul to guide one through such beautifully constructed movements. My adversity, hesitancy, and skepticism soon became temperaments of the past as she guided me through my body like a sea captain boldly gripping and maneuvering the helm in a treacherous storm. I have become a better person as a direct result of your energy, nurture, and patience. Thank you!”

I am grateful you’re here.
